I've been trying given that the 1st week in January to resolve an problem with a camera which quit operating. I've carried out Every thing Lorex has asked of me, easter egged with Tech support for hours, finally got them to agree the camera was defective, faxed my receipt to Lorex, paid $14 to ship THEIR defective product back to them, they've had the defective camera for nearly two weeks now and I can't get an answer back as to when, if ever, I will get my replacement shipped back to me. Worst customer service in the world. Go ahead and decide to buy from Lorex if you need to but you better pray your item under no circumstances breaks because you will eat the expense.
So far I am pleased with my acquire. All the components had been included, also there was a swift begin guide that was pretty clear and helped me set up the cameras. Anything appears to be operating fine so far. It was particularly very easy to set up.
This set was purchased to monitor the region about my garage in the back yard and both cameras are in a position to transmit the distances that had been advertised. One of the cameras is a good 350-400 feet away and the signal is still coming in strong to a room at the other side of our residence.
