Client Reviews

I called Brinks new property security firm, BroadView. They told me for $100 they would install two door sensors and two window sensors. Any extra sensors would be $75 a piece. In addition I would spend $40 a month for their service and sign a 3 year contract. Thats $1500! If the technique broke or messed up I would have to spend a BroadView tech to come out and repair it. WTF? Ok, so their commercials are great. I called ADT. I mean they have to be superior, proper? NO! Identical deal.
You can't put a price tag on your families security but are those corporations solutions that great? If a sensor is triggered, they contact your residence. No sh sherlock! Thats going to support me out a lot! I could have referred to as 911 on my own, and that is a cost-free contact.
Ok, the SKYLINK is Wonderful. It was terribly effortless to set up and install. I did not use the switchboard that calls your telephone since I do not use a land line. Every item came with anything I needed to install it. I tricked out my complete property with a sensor on every single window and door. At night I just hit my keyring and hear the beeb when it arms. I set the sensor up in the hallway, but had to take it down due to the fact the dog kept triggering it and sending me flying about the house with a loaded gun. Other than that, there have been no false alarms. The alarm is LOUD. My eardrums pulse and head throbs even from the other side of the residence. It is ridiculous loud. There is no way and intruder will continue to rob your home with that factor going off. The alarm is run buy a battery so it can be ripped off the wall or the power can be cut, and it will continue to function. I couldn't certainly hear it outside the house but inside.... You can shop for and further alarm to place outside but your neighbors will hate you for testing it or accidentally tripping on your way out the window.
I have zero regrets about buying Skylink and highly advise it.

I did as an additional reviewer suggested and bought the SC-10 in combination with the SC-1000, primarily for the exact same causes, to obtain a different important transmitter, added door/window sensor and external alarm.
When configured the system has worked flawlessly. I would advocate this to everyone seeking for an affordable way to secure their property. The only drawback as was also described by a person else is the larger pieces that are installed on your door/window.
